Reunion sits somewhere between a music festival and a wellness retreat. More intimate than a festival, larger than most retreats, capped at up to 50 guests. Days are structured around movement, ceremony, and connection. Nights are alive with music that may go until midnight, 2:00 AM, or later on weekends depending on the energy of the room.

This isn't a 10-person retreat or a one-on-one experience. It's a community container. If you are actively moving through serious mental health challenges, this may not be the right container for you right now. If you need early nights and total quiet to function, this may not be the right fit either. Reunion is a space for joy, self-expression, connection, and spiritual exploration, not a substitute for therapy or intensive healing work.

The people who thrive here tend to share a few things in common. They have some international travel experience or are genuinely open to it. They're comfortable moving through new environments independently and communicate when they need support. They show up self-reflective and socially at ease in a co-ed group setting, whether they're arriving solo, with a partner, or with friends.

This retreat takes place in Colombia, fully immersed in nature. You're in the mountains — the terrain is steep, the ground is uneven, and you're sharing the space with its actual residents: bugs, critters, and whatever else calls it home. That's part of the magic. The accommodations, food, customs, interactions, and day-to-day experience will reflect local culture and norms, which may look and feel different from what you're used to at home. We ask that you arrive with curiosity and flexibility rather than fixed expectations.

If you're ready to go deep, dance, and do it all over again the next morning, welcome home.

What to Know Before You Apply

Policies

Reunion is a curated, intentional space. These policies exist to protect the experience of every person who walks through our doors — including you.

Alcohol & Substance Use

Reunion is not a sober event. We are a mix between a music festival and wellness retreat and we encourage conscious consumption. You are responsible for your own consumption of substances and alcohol. Sharing with others is not permitted. Overconsumption that impacts your safety or the experience of the community will result in immediate removal with no refund. Alcohol is available during designated portions of the event only and is not permitted outside of those times.

The Space

Reunion takes place on a rustic mountainous property in Colombia with steep terrain, uneven pathways, and natural outdoor environments. This is a physically active experience. A baseline level of physical health and mobility is required to participate fully and will be assessed as part of your application process.

Who This Is For

Reunion is not the right experience for everyone at every point in their journey. Our application process includes an in-depth interview and health questionnaire to ensure this environment is the right fit for you right now — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Active addiction and unmanaged mental health conditions are not a fit for this container at this time. All disclosures are kept strictly confidential.

Your Host

Every guest is paired with a dedicated Reunion team member as their host for the duration of the event. They check in with you daily and are your first point of contact for any questions, comments, or concerns.

Emotional Support

We have a dedicated emotional support person on site throughout the event. They are not here in a clinical capacity and their presence is not a replacement for ongoing therapy or clinical care — if that is part of your life please ensure it is in place before you arrive. They are here to offer grounded, compassionate support for the moments that feel big. We also ask guests to be mindful of the difference between genuine, vulnerable connection and emotional dumping on fellow attendees. Please protect each other's experience.

Conduct & Boundaries

Romantic or sexual fraternizing is not permitted between anyone in our community — guests, the Reunion team, artists, or hotel staff. Guest rooms are private. You are not permitted in another guest's room without their explicit invitation.

Guests

Inviting outside guests to the property or any part of the retreat experience is not permitted. This event is exclusively for registered attendees.

Conflict

If something feels off bring it to your assigned host or a Reunion team member. We handle everything with care and discretion. Behavior that is harmful or disruptive to the community will result in immediate removal. Transportation out is the responsibility of the departing guest. No refund will be issued and decisions are final.

Refunds

A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot and is due upon booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. All remaining payments must be received in full before the retreat begins. If you are on a payment plan all remaining fees must be cleared at least one week prior to the start date. Spots are not considered confirmed until payment is received in full. No refunds will be issued for any reason including personal emergencies, travel disruptions, schedule conflicts, illness, or voluntary early departure.

Cancellations made 60 or more days before the retreat may receive a credit toward a future event for all payments made minus the $500 deposit.

In the event that Reunion cancels the event we will make every effort to issue refunds to the extent that we are able to recover costs from venue, artist, and equipment contracts. We cannot guarantee full refunds as our vendor agreements may be non-refundable. Any recovered funds will be distributed to guests proportionally.

Early Departure

If you want or need to leave before the event concludes you are responsible for arranging and funding your own transportation. The Reunion shuttles operate at the start and end of the event only. No refund will be issued for early departure.

Transportation

Reunion provides complimentary shuttle transportation from the property to Medellín on the designated departure day. Shuttle times will be confirmed closer to the event based on final logistics. We strongly recommend booking your return flights with a departure time between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to ensure you are accommodated on one of the designated shuttles. Flights outside of this window may not be covered and you would be responsible for arranging and funding your own transportation from the property.
