Reunion sits somewhere between a music festival and a wellness retreat. More intimate than a festival, larger than most retreats, capped at up to 50 guests. Days are structured around movement, ceremony, and connection. Nights are alive with music that may go until midnight, 2:00 AM, or later on weekends depending on the energy of the room.

This isn't a 10-person retreat or a one-on-one experience. It's a community container. If you are actively moving through serious mental health challenges, this may not be the right container for you right now. If you need early nights and total quiet to function, this may not be the right fit either. Reunion is a space for joy, self-expression, connection, and spiritual exploration, not a substitute for therapy or intensive healing work.

The people who thrive here tend to share a few things in common. They have some international travel experience or are genuinely open to it. They're comfortable moving through new environments independently and communicate when they need support. They show up self-reflective and socially at ease in a co-ed group setting, whether they're arriving solo, with a partner, or with friends.

This retreat takes place in Colombia, fully immersed in nature. You're in the mountains — the terrain is steep, the ground is uneven, and you're sharing the space with its actual residents: bugs, critters, and whatever else calls it home. That's part of the magic. The accommodations, food, customs, interactions, and day-to-day experience will reflect local culture and norms, which may look and feel different from what you're used to at home. We ask that you arrive with curiosity and flexibility rather than fixed expectations.

If you're ready to go deep, dance, and do it all over again the next morning, welcome home.

What to Know Before You Apply

Policies

Reunion is a curated, intentional space. These policies exist to protect the experience of every person who walks through our doors: including you.

Alcohol & Participant Conduct

Reunion is a wellness and community experience that includes social gatherings where alcohol may be available during designated portions of the retreat. Participation in all activities, including the decision to consume alcohol, is entirely voluntary and at each participant’s own discretion and responsibility.

All participants are expected to act respectfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws. Behavior that compromises the safety, wellbeing, or experience of other participants, including excessive intoxication, disruptive conduct, or any illegal activity, may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

By attending Reunion, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your personal decisions and conduct throughout the event.

The Space

Reunion takes place on a private mountain property in Colombia surrounded by rugged terrain, uneven pathways, and natural outdoor environments. This is an active experience designed for guests who are comfortable navigating nature and participating in a full schedule of activities. A reasonable level of physical health and mobility is required and will be considered during the application process.

Who This Is For

Reunion is intentionally designed for a specific type of experience and may not be the right fit for everyone at every stage of life. Every applicant participates in an interview and health assessment to help ensure the experience is appropriate physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Individuals experiencing active addiction or unmanaged mental health conditions are not eligible to participate at this time. All personal information and disclosures are handled with strict confidentiality.

Your Host

Each guest is paired with a dedicated Reunion host for the duration of the retreat. Your host will check in with you throughout the experience and serve as your primary point of contact for questions, guidance, or support.

Emotional Support

A dedicated emotional support team member will be available throughout the retreat to provide grounded, compassionate support when needed. They do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, and their presence should not be considered a substitute for ongoing mental health care. If therapy or clinical support is part of your wellbeing plan, please ensure those resources remain in place before attending.

We also ask every guest to be mindful of the difference between authentic vulnerability and placing emotional responsibility on others. Respecting personal boundaries helps create a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

Conduct and Boundaries

Reunion is built on mutual respect, personal responsibility, and clear boundaries.

Romantic or sexual relationships between guests, Reunion team members, artists, facilitators, or hotel staff are not permitted during the retreat.

Guest accommodations are private. Please do not enter another guest’s room without their explicit invitation and consent.

Guests

Only registered attendees may participate in the retreat. Outside visitors are not permitted on the property or at any portion of the experience.

Conflict

If a concern arises during the retreat, please speak with your assigned host or another Reunion team member as soon as possible. We are committed to addressing concerns with care, professionalism, and discretion.

Behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the community may result in immediate removal from the retreat at Reunion’s sole discretion. Guests who are removed are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation. No refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your place.

All remaining balances must be paid in full before the retreat begins. Guests using a payment plan must complete all remaining payments no later than one week before the event start date. A reservation is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.

Payments are nonrefundable, including in cases of personal emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, voluntary withdrawal, or early departure.

Guests who cancel at least 60 days before the retreat may receive a credit toward a future Reunion experience equal to the amount paid, less the nonrefundable $500 deposit.

If Reunion cancels the retreat, we will make reasonable efforts to refund guests to the extent funds are recoverable from venues, artists, vendors, and other contractual partners. Because certain vendor agreements are nonrefundable, full refunds cannot be guaranteed. Any recovered funds will be distributed proportionally among affected guests.

Early Departure

Guests who choose or are required to leave before the conclusion of the retreat are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation.

Complimentary shuttle transportation is available only at the scheduled beginning and conclusion of the retreat. No refunds or credits will be provided for early departure.

Transportation

Reunion provides complimentary shuttle transportation from the retreat property to Medellín on the designated departure day.

Departure times will be communicated before the event as final logistics are confirmed.

We recommend booking return flights departing between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to align with the scheduled shuttle service. Guests whose flights fall outside this window may need to arrange and pay for their own transportation from the property.
